Technical information

When you use the website, our servers and hosting provider automatically process basic technical information needed to deliver the website and keep it secure, such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages requested. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.

3. Payments

Our website does not currently accept online payments. Bookings, offers and memberships selected on the website are requests; payment is made at the studio using the payment methods available there.

We record the amount and method of your payment for invoices and accounts. We do not collect or store debit/credit card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords through our website or app. If online payments are added in the future, they will be processed by a third-party payment provider and this policy will be updated.

4. Booking Information

When you book an appointment on our website or app, the information you submit (your name, contact details, selected services, specialist, date, time and notes) is used to confirm and manage your appointment and to provide the requested service.

Bookings made with the same mobile number are linked to your client record, so our team can see your visit history and serve you better.

5. Communication

We may contact you using the details you provide by phone call, WhatsApp or email, for purposes related to your booking, enquiry, visit, invoice, membership or requested service.

Invoices may be shared with you on WhatsApp as a private link. Anyone who has this link can view the invoice, so please do not forward it to others.

Offers and greetings are sent only occasionally on WhatsApp. If you do not want to receive them, just tell us on WhatsApp or by phone and we will stop.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses only essential cookies that are needed for it to work:

• A session cookie that keeps the website working correctly while you browse and submit forms.
• A security cookie that protects our forms against forged submissions.

The website and app may also store website files (such as images and icons) and small settings in your browser, so pages load faster and the app can show a “No Internet Connection” screen when you are offline. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

When your browser loads fonts or files from these providers, they receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type.
